Returns

The BioLight devices (Glow, ReCharge, ReStore, ReJuvenate) come with a 60-day trial period.  If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, just email us and we'll provide the return instructions. Please note the following for all returns:

  • Because we ship our products for free within the domestic U.S., return shipping will be your responsibility.*  Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.

  • After emailing us, we'll provide you with a return authorization number.

  • Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product.  Unfortunately, returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees.  If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • All returned product will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt.

  • All international returns are required to ship to our return center located in the U.S.

  • Lastly, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned to us.
