Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Certain products offered by BioLight may be available through subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), pre-order, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy outlines the terms governing these purchase methods, including cancellation and billing.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

When you select a Subscribe & Save option, you agree to receive recurring product deliveries based on the frequency you choose at checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are committing to a minimum of two (2) fulfilled subscription orders before becoming eligible to cancel your subscription
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each billing cycle
  • Subscription pricing, including any discounts, is contingent upon maintaining this minimum commitment

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription cancellations are permitted only after the first two (2) orders have been fulfilled
  • Cancellation requests submitted prior to the second fulfillment will not take effect until the minimum requirement has been met
  • Once eligible, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation emails or by contacting
    support@biolight.shop

Failure to complete the minimum subscription commitment may result in:

  • Loss of promotional pricing or discounts
  • Additional charges equal to the value of discounts received

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is expected to become available.

  • Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout
  • Remaining balances may be charged at a later fulfillment date

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only prior to fulfillment
  • Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

General Terms

  • All subscription, pre-order, and trial purchases are subject to BioLight’s Return & Refund Policy
  • BioLight reserves the right to modify or cancel purchase options at any time
  • Abuse of subscription or trial programs may result in account restrictions or order cancellation
