In this episode of The Red Light Report, Dr. Mike Belkowski reconnects with Dr. Chris Motley, a traditional Chinese medicine expert and four-time guest on the show. This far-reaching conversation explores magnetism, red light therapy, methylene blue, hydrogen therapy, glyphosate, oral health, the gut-kidney connection, and much more. It’s a unique intersection of ancient wisdom and modern biohacking.
00;00;00;01 - 00;00;15;13
Dr. Mike Belkowski
From the Schumann resonance. Chris. This magnetism that Earth produces. Right. And they've done scientific experiments. If you're cut off from magnetism like they'll have I don't know if it's a Faraday cage or whatever, but they'll put people inside these rooms. Rick cuts you off from all magnetism. Including the Schumann resonance. Like you could die within an hour or two.
00;00;15;15 - 00;00;32;14
Dr. Chris Motley
Wow. That's why I love red light. When you look at a red blood cell and you're putting red light on it. There's definite changes about the shape, the size, the cleanliness of the blood. If you can cleanse your blood early, you're gonna avoid strokes, heart attacks, and cardiovascular problems.
00;00;32;16 - 00;00;59;06
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Welcome to the red light report. Your number one source for all things red light therapy. We'll also explore all anti-aging and longevity tactics centered around mitochondrial function, especially in the mitochondrial triad, which includes red light therapy, methylene blue, and carbon 16. This is your host, doctor Mike Bell. Koski.
00;00;59;09 - 00;01;28;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
All right, everybody. Thanks for joining me again. And welcome to this, surely to be riveting and engage in conversation with my dear friend who at this point doesn't really need much of an introduction. He's on for the now fourth time doctor Chris Motley, one of the most respected traditional Chinese medicine experts in in the space. And from the very first conversation, Chris and I were just talking before the recording back in like, I think it was September of 2021.
00;01;28;06 - 00;01;44;02
Dr. Mike Belkowski
We resonated with one another, just the interview, the conversation, and our friendships just blossomed ever since then. So anytime that I get to sit down with Chris is I cherish greatly and I and then I really do Chris. So thanks for joining me for another episode on on the podcast.
00;01;44;04 - 00;02;02;07
Dr. Chris Motley
I'm definitely feeling is very mutual. And I think the first time we did meet and we talked, I do feel like we had kindred spirits. And I think everybody listening today, you just have those people that, you know, you're going to be lifelong friends. I don't just say that. I really appreciate it, man. It's really means a lot to me too.
00;02;02;07 - 00;02;05;01
Dr. Chris Motley
So thanks so much. Bang for time Quatro. We go.
00;02;05;07 - 00;02;10;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Oh, so I think, yeah, you're one of the few. I think there's only one other person that has is a four time red light reporter.
00;02;10;28 - 00;02;14;25
Dr. Chris Motley
And I love it. Red light reporter. That is amazing I love it.
00;02;15;00 - 00;02;33;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I love it. You know that to your CV. All right. So Chris, since we last spoke at least on the podcast, we saw each other both at Health Optimization Summit. You know, we had a brief I was so busy. It is tough to really like have a long conversation. But we saw each other a health optimization summit, April, and then briefly again at the biohacking conference in Austin.
00;02;33;16 - 00;02;44;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
What wasn't the end of May? Do you have any quick takes on those types of conferences, kind of the biohacking space? Are you seeing any interesting, exciting technologies or modalities that's really caught your eyes?
00;02;44;16 - 00;03;09;12
Dr. Chris Motley
I with red light being in the heavy mix of it. I love that there's technology that we can use light and vibration patterns, but I think one of the biggest advances with longevity is blood flow. And I mean, there are so many great devices, but healing modalities now that everybody listening, that can actually help with healing the blood.
00;03;09;12 - 00;03;33;16
Dr. Chris Motley
And the reason I'm very, very intrigued with that, like these biohacking conferences, is because I think we can often neglect the power, the strength of the blood meaning is if we don't clean our blood, if we don't take care of trying to cleanse it, it can create many problems. Now, many people will look at that and say, oh, you know, there's some devices that can go in and help your cardiovascular system.
00;03;33;19 - 00;03;53;02
Dr. Chris Motley
But you know as well as I do, brother, that at these conferences, I know there's so many devices that have to do with any type of area of the body. But Chinese medicine, we always looking at the blood and the chiefs. So the blood is transferred ring key. So they always say that the blood is the physical aspect of the electrical information system known as chee.
00;03;53;02 - 00;04;14;26
Dr. Chris Motley
So those are the thing I'm looking forward to. I think that the more there are devices, just like taking people's plasma, you see those devices now where they can actually filter it out, clean out your plasma, or even put ozone or ultraviolet. It's been around for a while. We know that putting red light on blood. I am intrigued with that, that kind of technology.
00;04;14;26 - 00;04;35;03
Dr. Chris Motley
Because one thing that we're seeing now is that, you know, you and I see people that deal with chronic infection. So people out there, if you've, you know, if you've had mold, if you have parasites, you've had strep, you've had Lyme disease. One of the craziest things that I've really, really dug into the last few years is the clotting ability of your blood.
00;04;35;04 - 00;05;13;03
Dr. Chris Motley
So I'm just saying to everyone that if you've had your like, say, your parent, your grandparents, odd clotting issues in the blood, there are infections that hide in that. And that's a big problem in healthcare. Like I have patients that look in the clear when they come to their work. Their blood looks great. And then you can get a thermography or get certain types of arterial scanning, and they'll be places where they say, well, there's a little bit of crud in this area of the artery, but one thing I'm very concerned about is in those areas, the infections such as strep or Lyme, they can release chemicals that can keep your blood from clotting or
00;05;13;03 - 00;05;34;19
Dr. Chris Motley
make it clot. And those are really alarming to me, because then you're going to have somebody who comes in like, I feel great. And then three months later they're like, wow, I feel cruddy, like really bad, right now. And so now they're taking these devices and you've seen in the ones that expand the arteries and help the blood flow nourish to me, cleansing the blood.
00;05;34;23 - 00;05;56;24
Dr. Chris Motley
Those are some of the biggest advancements I'd see in this. And that's why I love Red light. And I am going to touch your horn about this is when you look at a red blood cell and you're putting red light on it. There's definite changes about the shape, the size, the cleanliness of the blood. And I believe if people now had red light therapy had different maybe even some PE in math.
00;05;57;01 - 00;06;22;29
Dr. Chris Motley
If you can cleanse your blood early, you're gonna avoid strokes, heart attacks, and cardiovascular problems. You and I have seen that in our clients and our patients. It's just people who have cold hands and cold feet. It's sad to me nowadays that when you see somebody who's, you know, gotten a little bit older and they realize like, man, I'm these little aches and pains and things happen all of a sudden they have like a heart issue.
00;06;23;01 - 00;06;35;01
Dr. Chris Motley
We have to like really look into this with the biohacking space. And I think it's why longevity is kind of low man. And how about you? I love these questions. So what did you see? You're of course you're you're you're your instrument, your device. Did you see anything you really loved?
00;06;35;04 - 00;06;56;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Great question. I was mostly strapped to the booths. Either event hurt, leave. But the times I did walk around, I mean, again, I didn't see much. Especially here's the only times I got away were to go to the bathroom or my interview with Chris guessing that was kind of like slightly off site other than that. So I didn't really get to see all the was around.
00;06;56;09 - 00;07;05;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I saw a lot of things I'm familiar with, you know. Of course Quicksilver Scientific was there, the Bible, Karger, which is a very interesting machine. I've never got to experience it myself.
00;07;05;09 - 00;07;06;11
Dr. Chris Motley
I oh, charger.
00;07;06;11 - 00;07;15;04
Dr. Mike Belkowski
The bio charger in there like 15,000 plus dollars but like it's and they've been around for a long time, probably a decade plus. But are you familiar with it?
00;07;15;04 - 00;07;24;18
Dr. Chris Motley
Chris I've heard of it, but I saw somebody. But can you describe it? Because I saw somebody do it and I, I'm always cautious about doing those because I'm afraid they'll detox me too much. But go.
00;07;24;18 - 00;07;49;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Ahead. I mean, I mean, this is my very novice level. Like if you work for bio charge or have one, you know, I'm sorry for my description here, but in parades, light and frequencies, I don't know exactly what frequencies could it be EMF, could it be others? But essentially my understanding is there's like thousands of protocols you can choose from based on what you're trying to heal or what your wellness goals are.
00;07;49;26 - 00;08;08;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So it's very specific in that sense. But you just have it in a room and then you just sit near it with whatever protocol you're choosing. It could just be wellness. It could be, I imagine treating like the lines or these other diseases or conditions, maybe athletic, perform like you just pick one of these settings and then it performs.
00;08;08;07 - 00;08;18;16
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Then as long as you're in the area, you're experiencing the light, you're experiencing the frequencies. So again, I've never experienced it myself, but I've heard anecdotally a lot of positive things.
00;08;18;19 - 00;08;41;15
Dr. Chris Motley
Truly, I it has been Greenfield at one time. And you guys, if you're out there, listen you guys been Greenfield's a big biohacker I went at one point brother up to his house for like a small retreat. He was helping me like, just learn about biohacking and he had a bio charger there. Oh, there you go. And he would run that every morning and it he would triple dose it, brother.
00;08;41;15 - 00;09;00;20
Dr. Chris Motley
He would do your red light panels. He would do an infrared, you know, because we talked about that, you know, incongruence like if you use both same time. But he would do him like off and he would do vibration plates and he would run this bell charger. And I was usually a little bit cautious because I think that kind of technology though is I say way the future.
00;09;00;23 - 00;09;10;12
Dr. Chris Motley
But truly it can change the inside environment through waves and through electrical energy in the pulse from it. That's really good. So then 15,000, brother.
00;09;10;14 - 00;09;14;02
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I mean, around that ballpark, I mean there are easily 10 to 20,000.
00;09;14;05 - 00;09;35;14
Dr. Chris Motley
I think I had one patient that had she was from Oregon and she had chronic parasites. And she even on her blood tests and her fecal samples and such, she used the biol charger I think for almost a full year. And it completely changed all of her her biomarkers, like all our blood, took care of all our parasites.
00;09;35;19 - 00;10;02;27
Dr. Chris Motley
She said. The first three months was really a lot of, you know, cleaning out like the especially her call and just pooping out. But once she said she started able to have bowel movements, that it changed her life. So I love that kind of technology. Did you see the one? Oh, okay. So now one of the things I was impressed with it was they had the roots genetic testing because I think Brian Johnson was the guy who wants to live forever.
00;10;03;03 - 00;10;11;09
Dr. Chris Motley
Yeah. And it was one of the companies where they take a gene test. And I did it because they had, you know, at the booth. So you can get like discount at this point.
00;10;11;09 - 00;10;36;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I'm sure you guys have heard of methylene Blue. Well, especially if you've been listening to this podcast for the last month or so, you guys have heard me shout from the mountaintops many benefits of methylene blue, but let's just review it quickly for those who aren't familiar. So methylene blue is a major, major mitochondrial booster. It has a lot of similar properties as red light therapy, but they actually work slightly differently within the electron transport chain within the mitochondria.
00;10;36;24 - 00;10;59;17
Dr. Mike Belkowski
As far as how they derive their benefits to the mitochondrial function. A couple of the. My favorite aspects of methylene blue include the fact that when you ingest it, the majority of the methylene blue ends up in your brain. So that's why you see these amazing mental energy boosts from methylene blue. It can even stave off or prevent or reverse some types of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's.
00;10;59;17 - 00;11;20;27
Dr. Mike Belkowski
This is my second favorite part about it. So methylene blue has this innate sense to help the cells that are most metabolically dysfunctional. It goes and helps cells that have the most mitochondrial dysfunction first before helping other cells. So not only does it help cells that need the help most, but again, most of the methylene blue ends up in your brain where that is the most mitochondrial dense tissue in the body.
00;11;20;29 - 00;11;39;01
Dr. Mike Belkowski
That's why you see all these amazing benefits with the brain with methylene blue. And maybe most importantly, as it relates to this podcast and people who are a fan of red light therapy, red light therapy in methylene blue are major synergistic. So of course you have your independent benefits when you just use methylene blue or when you just use red light therapy.
00;11;39;01 - 00;12;03;27
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But when you combine them together, you amplify the benefits of one another and you get the synergistic response. So anyone that's interested in red light therapy should at least be considering or looking into the many benefits of methylene blue. And as you know by now, if you've been listening to this podcast, my company bio light, has released an enhanced Methylene Blue product that includes certain ingredients like NMN in that further boosts the energy production of the mitochondria.
00;12;03;28 - 00;12;32;25
Dr. Mike Belkowski
It also enhances the photodynamic activity already associated with methylene blue by including colloidal gold, Claudel silver, which have their own antimicrobial or cognitive benefits. Silver and gold, respectively. But they also have their own photodynamic benefits as well. So again, you're amplifying the benefits of red light therapy when you ingest this bio blue. Lastly, we include folic acid because folic acid helps you absorb anything that you're consuming when you're also taking it with folic acid.
00;12;32;25 - 00;13;01;21
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So it drives everything deeper into the cells. So theoretically when you take bio blue, it helps further absorb the methylene blue the man and the chlorophyl gold and silver. So you get this enhanced methylene blue product with bio blue. And so of course for my loyal listeners, especially you guys that have listened this far into the ad in the middle of the episode here, I'm going to give you guys 15% discount on your order of bio blue, and you can apply that to a single pack, or a double pack or a four pack or a ten pack.
00;13;01;21 - 00;13;37;23
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And of course, with a larger quantity, you actually get an increased discount. So this 15% coupon code works for all of those potential quantity orders. Simply use coupon code Bio Blue 15 at checkout. That's Bio Blue one five at checkout, and you can snag that 15% discount off your order of bio Blue. So if you're interested in seeing what all of the excitement around methylene Blue is about from its ability to improve cognition, energy, improve mitochondrial function, and furthermore help mitigate or prevent things like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and depression pain cancer.
00;13;37;23 - 00;13;46;25
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Go ahead and give bio lights. Methylene blue enhanced product, bio blue a shot and see what you notice, especially when you combine it with your red light therapy treatments.
00;13;46;27 - 00;14;06;27
Dr. Chris Motley
And thankfully, I have a pretty full head of hair, but what they suggest is that you get a gene test and that it will tell you which genes would tell you. If you have a predisposition to have loose hair falling on hair, thinning hair. And I thought, that's pretty interesting. So I think those kind of device or information packets that could be like for skin care.
00;14;07;04 - 00;14;28;25
Dr. Chris Motley
And so you send it off, they'll tell you what your genes are like, and then they'll have some doctors put together like creams or like, and you can do a little microneedling on the scalp and then put that into the scalp so it helps your hair stay fuller and thicker. And I thought, that's really cool. I mean, now that you're thinking skin care then now you can have the gene test.
00;14;28;26 - 00;14;49;24
Dr. Chris Motley
And you know, I've dug into that and talked about that. But seeing all these different modalities, I'm like a kid in a candy store for everybody out there. I'll go and look and I'm like, you know, you think I want to get that? And I want to get that, and I bring it in. I think my next thing I want to buy will be, I mean, about charger.
00;14;49;24 - 00;15;15;14
Dr. Chris Motley
I love those PMF mats, but I also just love like you're talking about when you talk about methylene blue. We talked about hydrogen. We talk about oxygen. I love devices that use vaporized, you know, oxygen or at night, you know, like hydrogen up into the nostrils. Yes, I know people do hydrogen peroxide, but I literally have detoxed heavily in a good way by doing those devices that put the, you know, the structured water in the hydrogen at the nose cannula.
00;15;15;16 - 00;15;17;28
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes. Have you done that?
00;15;18;00 - 00;15;34;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Yes. I mean, briefly, Tracy, do is hydrate some of those last April that was my only experience with nasal cannula cannula and hydrogen. I don't know if I was in there long enough to get the benefits because the like we had to go inside and listen to to more speakers at that point. But I was talking with Tyler Lebaron.
00;15;34;03 - 00;15;46;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I'm going to have him on this podcast at some point, considered the top molecular hydrogen experts in the world. And he was telling me, this is similar to Chris Burris. Are you familiar with him? Like.
00;15;46;14 - 00;15;47;02
Dr. Chris Motley
I met him?
00;15;47;08 - 00;16;11;21
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Yeah, yeah. So Tyler Lebaron story is similar to Chris Burris, where neither of them necessarily wanted to get into the product or into the industry per se. They're both researchers. They want to research and provide information and and move their respective spaces forward. But they see what happens when there's opportunity. I mean, capitalism is good. You know, the pros and cons.
00;16;11;23 - 00;16;37;29
Dr. Mike Belkowski
The con is people are going to take advantage of the situation, produce subpar or very subpar products. And the consumers, it's it's tough to really delineate the good from the bad, so to speak. And so from Chris Bursar's standpoint, once that 2012 study about the the rats live in 90% longer because I took C60 versus those that didn't, then a huge movement for C60 came years later when it became consumable for humans.
00;16;38;02 - 00;17;01;23
Dr. Mike Belkowski
All of these C60 products flooded the market and he being the researcher, he starts the third year in independently testing himself because in the laboratory he's a researcher and he's finding not only do the vast majority not have the concentrations they state, but some of them have zero C60 in them. What is in like activated charcoal or just who knows what in the product.
00;17;01;29 - 00;17;31;06
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So. So then back to Tyler Lebaron and similar situations happening with this. The molecular hydrogen machines or bottles that produce molecular hydrogen. My novice understanding is the vast majority of those don't produce a concentration that's high enough to have an effect. Wow. So he and one of his colleagues, I think they were just introducing this machine at was this is going to be able to provide, I believe, molecular hydrogen water or the nasal cannula.
00;17;31;06 - 00;17;42;29
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So you can breathe it in in other ways. But he's he's just trying to step forward and bring a legitimate product to the market. So I think that's something to look forward to. I don't know if you saw that specific device at this.
00;17;43;03 - 00;17;51;12
Dr. Chris Motley
Totally want to get it though. I get Tyler Lebaron. I've heard it. Like if you can't when he comes on, is he already selling it or is he still developing that?
00;17;51;12 - 00;18;11;09
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Because I talked to him and that was we literally had just by chance had the same flight back from was he was going to Utah, I was going to Montana. But I think he said at that point they were just introducing it. I think. And I heard from someone else, like in the last week, they're looking to start selling it towards the end of June or July.
00;18;11;12 - 00;18;29;21
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So like, I don't think it's out yet, maybe taking preorders, but it's going to be out very soon. And to your point, the more people I've talked to, especially in the last handful of months, people are really getting bullish and excited about or have experienced positive effects from molecular hydrogen. And I've always been a huge fan. For years I've kind of gone on and off of it.
00;18;29;21 - 00;18;49;15
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But ever since the Hydrate Summit last April 2024, where I got to meet Tyler Lebaron in person, he was like one of my roommates, Robert Slovak. He was one of my roommates. And you hear all these guys talking about the benefits of water, but specifically molecular hydrogen. It's like it's a no brainer to have it as a part of your daily wellness regimen.
00;18;49;17 - 00;19;20;08
Dr. Chris Motley
You know, it's to me, I'm with you 100% because you if when things get flooding the market and that would be even with red light therapy and red light devices and panels. That's one reason I didn't really go full force into getting a hydrogen water device. You know, even like full fluid filtration systems on houses. Yeah. Some people there's one of my friends, Todd, he's big in that realm, and he says a lot of the devices, a lot of the filtration water filtration systems are not up to par like they say they are.
00;19;20;11 - 00;19;38;20
Dr. Chris Motley
So then we even as a practitioner, you and I, you know, you have to find the people you trust and go, man, if they are developing. And then I would definitely get it because I am always cautious, like getting a hydrogen bottle. You'll see him on TikTok or see him on some place. And I'm thinking, would that really do what it's supposed to do?
00;19;38;20 - 00;19;40;14
Dr. Chris Motley
So and he's going to put it out there.
00;19;40;15 - 00;20;14;05
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Those product pages in most of them don't delineate what is the PPM or like. What if they do then okay, that's your PPM. What's the therapeutic dosage? Because they're probably not close to that. And that's not to like disparage them. I'm sure some of them might have moderate results if if any. But when you started to talk to the experts like Tyler Lebaron, Robert Slovak and so forth, and just like we're talking about these spaces that get flooded with products because there's a huge trend all of a sudden you kind of pay what you get for or set another way.
00;20;14;05 - 00;20;37;17
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I suppose it's worth paying a little more for something. You know, what you're getting versus saving a couple of nickels and dimes just to save some, you know, save a little bit. But you might be getting a subpar, which may be having no effect. Hopefully not a negative effect on your health. So it's just health and wellness. It's, you know, pros and cons bittersweet.
00;20;37;17 - 00;21;00;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Like as a consumer, it's tough to vet and way through all of the the BS if you will. So I feel for consumers, even me, for topics I'm not familiar with. Now I'm in their shoes as well. For those looking at red light therapy or methylene blue like it's tough to okay, there's company abcdefg they're all saying they're the best.
00;21;00;05 - 00;21;04;05
Dr. Mike Belkowski
How do you choose it's it's tough to be a consumer these days.
00;21;04;08 - 00;21;23;23
Dr. Chris Motley
It would be really especially with the health field you and I in. We could have one device that worked really well. For instance, I remember when hydrogen water in my first time ever experienced hydrogen water. And my friend Matt Buckley, Doctor Buckley, had a hydrogen water device at his house and I did not know what it was. This was like over ten, 12 years.
00;21;23;23 - 00;21;47;13
Dr. Chris Motley
I, you know, and I thought hydrogen, water and that device. I remember my friend when I drank the water, I literally could feel like I could tell there was something not going cool with that. And I felt so hydrated. I literally felt so hydrated. And I thought, this is amazing. So when I was hanging out at his house for a couple of days, I literally would drink almost 4 to 6 cups in the morning because it's so good to my body.
00;21;47;16 - 00;22;05;18
Dr. Chris Motley
But then I've done other ones and it wasn't the same. So I'm like, you know, is it the same quality? And I, I think that's why people want individuals out there who they can trust and who they can see online, like yourself. And when they think, oh, will they give us the right information. And that's a good responsibility we have.
00;22;05;18 - 00;22;20;27
Dr. Chris Motley
And I think it's great that we do try to test those things out. That's why I do like when researchers come up like the C60, like Crispr is like when he, you know, when you know, those individuals like like our nerds come out in our body, like when we get nerdy, it's hard for us to want something subpar.
00;22;20;28 - 00;22;46;06
Dr. Chris Motley
Yeah. Because we're so investigative. I think it's kind of this is just trying to get off track. But do you find when individuals are coming to you for knowing red light therapy, for knowing how lasers work, that when you see other devices, other types of instruments and we're not, you know, singling anybody else out, but you could tell that that there wasn't their top, you know, input into the device.
00;22;46;06 - 00;23;13;11
Dr. Chris Motley
You're like, I don't think that would even work. And, you know, some different devices I've tried in different arenas and you know that the same fervency has been put into the actual device. And I think that's it's, I say, disheartening because whenever you start to go into health care, I'm always trying to find different devices. A because I want people to be able to do things at home on their own without having me be there and be, you know, the guy with all the answers.
00;23;13;13 - 00;23;30;13
Dr. Chris Motley
But it's even a big task. I believe in our world is to even test all these things. I know you and I do like being the nerds. We are like, I'll test as much as I can and that's why I love Come Back on your podcast is because your devices work and like, not all red light panels are created equal at all.
00;23;30;13 - 00;23;44;09
Dr. Chris Motley
So going down that rabbit trail, brother, I'm saying there I do appreciate when the health care practitioners really are the researchers. And I think that that's what makes good biohacking good, basically. Yeah.
00;23;44;11 - 00;24;21;26
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Well, I'm glad you brought that up, Chris. And this was not a preconceived segue, but really, as of this week that we're recording this podcast, Chris bio light, we're going to start doing a slew of scientific studies on our specific products, whether it's the toothbrush, whether it's one of our other handheld or panel devices. Our different lines of methylene blue, different C60 products or going forward, if we do introduce a product to the market, we'll have some studies or we'll be doing studies, scientific, legitimate studies on these products.
00;24;21;26 - 00;24;49;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So I'm very excited. I mean, this is kind of the first time I've talked about it on this podcast publicly. I don't know how long it's going to take to complete these studies, but there's going to be many studies put in motion on our specific products. So we'll be able to dispel and or prove that red light therapy, or at least like our products, red light therapy or methylene blue or C60 or whatever else we come out with, well, we're going to verify what it does and does not do.
00;24;49;15 - 00;24;59;20
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So to your point, bio light and myself, we're really going to be pushing the the space forward from a very scientific and objective measure perspective.
00;24;59;22 - 00;25;22;10
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes, yes, I, I appreciate that. And I think that not only I think would help the consumer, but I also think it helps you as the inventor to as well. Just because sure, it's like when you put your thoughts and energy behind something you want it all to show. Like there's like my good friends over at Supreme Nutrition Products, Doctor Michael and Noah Liebowitz, they do quite a bit of testing and third party testing.
00;25;22;10 - 00;25;38;11
Dr. Chris Motley
Like for each batch. When I say each batch, it's like they literally will test each batch sent to them from whatever you know, if it's, you know, best or any other country. And my even my dad has the most sensitive system, there's a point to this that when he takes their supplements, he goes, oh, I can take it.
00;25;38;11 - 00;25;50;06
Dr. Chris Motley
It doesn't bother me. So having that 30 night testing really should be, you think, a standard in our industry, but it really isn't. And I think that's what people that appreciate about you, brother.
00;25;50;08 - 00;26;10;02
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Yeah I appreciate you saying that, Chris. But but it's the truth. Just like the supplements space, the health and wellness space, the biohacking space, it's not regulated. And so people, whether it's red light or PM, anything, they can say whatever they want about their product. And unless they get called out there, there's no repercussions because there are no regulations.
00;26;10;02 - 00;26;41;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So I think I think we're kind of preaching to the choir with this audience, but I think it just needs to be said anyway. They need to be aware. And that's that's the whole thing we're talking about with vetting different products or comparing from company to company. I think transparency is paramount to transparency. Transparency of information, of product information should be number one goal of a company or someone selling a product is to convey and prove that what someone's going to be paying for, they're getting what they're paying for, not something else.
00;26;41;07 - 00;26;42;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So yes.
00;26;42;09 - 00;26;42;18
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes.
00;26;42;24 - 00;27;02;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So the third party testing is one thing, but then also having legitimate scientific research like this group of people saw this percentage increase in their energy production or reduction in inflammation using this product or taking this supplement. I think that's really going to of course, it's going to be great for our product. So it's going to be great for bio light.
00;27;02;12 - 00;27;24;25
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But it's also going because because there's especially with methylene blue, there's not nearly as much research coming out on like a daily or weekly basis compared to red light therapy. I mean, methylene blue is predominantly used in cleaning water. So like sewage systems, it's used in aquarium cleaners. So a lot of the research is in that area versus in or on humans, you know, that's coming out.
00;27;24;25 - 00;27;34;00
Dr. Mike Belkowski
It's at a much slower rate. So I'm excited for us to be able to bring some of that objective data to light, especially for methylene blue.
00;27;34;02 - 00;27;35;18
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes, yes.
00;27;35;20 - 00;28;01;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Not necessarily on that topic, but since we last spoke and I think it's been well over a year or close to a year since we spoke on this podcast, do you want to speak on your experience with The Toothbrush? Because I always love getting feedback because again, this is a product I'm especially excited to have some studies on, because having red and blue light in your mouth on a consistent basis at a low level exposure, there's a lot of proposed benefits, but I'm always curious to see what people have actually noticed anecdotally.
00;28;01;26 - 00;28;28;15
Dr. Chris Motley
Okay, so I got to tell you guys, this is I'm like the perfect test subject for it because with the red and blue light mixture, I love color frequency therapy. And at the office for everybody listening, I love to use colored lights like I have lasers that I use have had some therapeutic lasers that have blue light and some that had green light, some have violet light to to do different things on individuals, especially if they have a certain type of microbial infection.
00;28;28;17 - 00;28;45;24
Dr. Chris Motley
You can use a lot of the light therapies to help clean up the system on my gums. I'm going to say that in 2017, I had a ruptured ulcer. But this goes back further. When I was a kid, so I had a stomach issue. So I've always had a little bit of ulcer issues and gastritis. I know I had H.
00;28;45;24 - 00;29;07;22
Dr. Chris Motley
Pylori when I was a kid and this will transfer up to my teeth. Like the neurological tooth chart. So everybody out there, if you, you know, if you want to research it, neurological tooth charts are really cool charts that show which teeth are connected neurologically and in the Chinese medicine world to certain organs. Well, my my teeth that are connected to my stomach.
00;29;07;24 - 00;29;33;16
Dr. Chris Motley
If you look, I have some receding gum up there, and if you guys have done a lot of dental work, you would know that your doctor, your dentist probably say, well, we need you to do a bone graft and graft it up there. So there's no gap between your tooth and your gum. And when you start using red light with toothbrush and blue light, it is amazing how much the gaps decrease and you can feel it like you look like I'll go back on my gum and I might.
00;29;33;18 - 00;29;53;28
Dr. Chris Motley
Man, I don't have as much of a deep gap there actually, because it can happen. And I want your take on this rather is my my gum would recede up and there is not tinnitus or pain necessarily, but those teeth would be sensitive. And when you start putting the light on there through the tooth brush and I need it like blue light to it has some of that violet blue in there.
00;29;53;28 - 00;30;11;04
Dr. Chris Motley
Will actually clean of infections. What I've noticed is this if I have an area where I know I'm holding the toothbrush for a while, I can tell that it gets a little sensitive because I know it's cleaning out the tooth and because I've gone to the dentist and I've I've had times like, what do you think of this two?
00;30;11;04 - 00;30;31;28
Dr. Chris Motley
Like, no, there's nothing wrong with it. We can't find anything in there. But the beauty of using the light on the teeth for everybody out there that cares about teeth, the reason I like it so much is because I've forgotten how porous bone is. So your bones are very porous. Depending on how strong your bones are. And that light.
00;30;32;05 - 00;30;50;12
Dr. Chris Motley
My opinion, it's because your teeth will refract and reflect. And and it's just like a big crystal lattice. I'm just saying. Personal experience, man. When after you start using it, I would get little bitty bumps in my gums. Why? Because it was pulling out old viruses, which was amazing and it started to get. And my gums are starting to grow back down.
00;30;50;12 - 00;31;12;17
Dr. Chris Motley
And I was like, wow. And the next project is down in the front of my teeth. So what will happen is I need to spend more time right here on the bottom teeth. And the reason being is because those are associated with the bladder meridian. And I've had UTIs as a kid, and I know that's been perpetual whenever I use this.
00;31;12;17 - 00;31;31;19
Dr. Chris Motley
This is cool though, for if I put it up here and the the stomach teeth and I'm using it, there is a really cool connection. Cleaning up my teeth in my gums has helped my stomach and vice versa. Yeah, and I'm just saying that's my experience, brother. And I think the biggest next, next biggest thing is I'm going to put it right here in the bottom teeth where people get receding gums.
00;31;31;19 - 00;31;46;06
Dr. Chris Motley
So I did for my bladder and I'm going to put it on there and just I'm do it. But I need to really concentrate on it. But it has truly is helping stomach Meridian. It's helping the teeth grow. And you know that's direct evidence when when your gum starts to come back down, it's really cool.
00;31;46;06 - 00;31;55;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Well and so you know I appreciate you sharing that Chris. And so you think have you been prior to the toothbrush, had you been using one of our Guardian devices? Can you remind me?
00;31;55;09 - 00;32;10;05
Dr. Chris Motley
I did I use the Guardian, I started the Guardian and I would do that every single. I didn't mine an evening because I would just like if I was, you know, on, you know, shooting on social media or something. I was doing the Guardian and I would do that. I like doing it for almost two minutes. Three minutes.
00;32;10;05 - 00;32;38;00
Dr. Chris Motley
I would just even I could probably go longer, definitely. When I was using the red light, when I the Guardian, the biggest thing that I noticed too was my sinuses. This is me personally, like two tooth aches all in away because I would start draining out of the sinuses after I use the Guardian and one of the things that my dentist told me that my hygienist, when I went there last time I was having swelling on the back of the teeth, even though I was doing some good.
00;32;38;00 - 00;32;53;11
Dr. Chris Motley
You know, this is what I do on a regular toothbrush. I mean, like a regular. But I was using Guardian and they noticed that all the swelling around the back of my gums went away, like, and that's, that's big because like, I have hard like my fuel trap, like between my on and the back and it was gone.
00;32;53;18 - 00;33;14;14
Dr. Chris Motley
So the guardian to me is the most efficient, quickest thing you can do. Especially like, of course I have a toothbrush 1000. But it is. It's awesome. You know what I mean? Like really, I love it. I literally you just have it by your bed or, you know, I'm brushing and I just put it in there and I'm taking some pictures on and online and people think it's funny, but you can feel like the healing, you know, I am not just saying that.
00;33;14;14 - 00;33;15;10
Dr. Chris Motley
It is amazing.
00;33;15;15 - 00;33;33;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
That's a lot of that's a similar feedback we're getting from customers or other people that have tried the toothbrushes. Like, you can feel it if maybe if you're not as intuitive as you are, Chris. But like with, you know, how the the meridians are connected and all that stuff, but people can just like feel something's different or like it's cleaner or just feels improved.
00;33;33;12 - 00;34;00;20
Dr. Mike Belkowski
This term. You said it perfectly from an anecdotal perspective, because this is what I tell everyone. It's like, should I choose? Or like, when would I use the Guardian? Versus the toothbrush and the toothbrush? The alarm is the red, and the blue light is intentionally a much lower light irradiance or intensity of light. Because it's something you'll be using once or twice, or however many times you brush daily.
00;34;00;23 - 00;34;19;22
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Because the typical paradigm with red light therapy is not every day like more is not better. Like three, maybe four times per week is probably optimal, not daily. So if you're going to have this light in your mouth once or twice daily, it should be something therapeutic. Dosage because you want a therapeutic dosage every time you brush your teeth.
00;34;19;25 - 00;34;44;17
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So the bloom toothbrush is more or less intended for general health and wellness of your oral cavity. Whereas, and you spoke to this perfectly. The Guardian devices, both of them do have a therapeutic dosage. So when you want to treat something in your mouth, whether it's gum recession or what have you, those are the devices you would probably want to use.
00;34;44;17 - 00;34;52;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And you spoke to a perfectly when you said that got things better, quicker, like that was most efficient, then that is exactly correct.
00;34;52;15 - 00;35;18;07
Dr. Chris Motley
Well, I'm glad you see, not only because that's how I my experience was, I, I very I'm very much sensitive to teeth strength now. And when we talk about Chinese medicine, the teeth and the bones are governed by the kidneys. So if you guys can imagine your kidneys are just basically filtering out minerals all day and they're putting it into your bones and it helps balance a lot of calcium.
00;35;18;14 - 00;35;41;03
Dr. Chris Motley
So whenever we have light therapy on the teeth, the thing I page into, I stone about the bladder and the front bladder and kidney in that whole arena. Yes, you can treat individual, you know, teeth with the light therapy and it will go back and go in almost reverse and help the organ that's associated, you know, connected. But in general, I think it's so important that the teeth associated with bone and it resonates.
00;35;41;03 - 00;36;01;18
Dr. Chris Motley
So when we have light that is either very intense like Guardian or if we have that's in a low level to it's going back and reverse and actually helping the kidneys. And that's from my personal experience. And, and this is my take on it. I always had a, a pretty swollen, right kidney. Okay. So this has happened.
00;36;01;18 - 00;36;19;00
Dr. Chris Motley
I had a kidney accident when I was a kid. Literally, I fell in an old window. Well, my brother and it hit me up in my inguinal area like I fell down and it popped my ears. And I was peeing blood for a long time. So when that happened, I always had, like, a sensitive kidney. I never realized it.
00;36;19;03 - 00;36;26;25
Dr. Chris Motley
Point in case whenever using any type of light now on the teeth it is, it is very healing to the kidneys. And people say, oh, what's the.
00;36;26;25 - 00;36;28;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Big deal in.
00;36;28;13 - 00;36;50;11
Dr. Chris Motley
Kidney strength? And adrenal strength is very intertwined. So your adrenal strength is very connected to your kidneys. So if you can do anything to send a signal back to your kidneys to help your cortisol levels and your adrenaline, I'm telling you it, my kidney, my right kidney doesn't swell as much. And I was like, well, what am I doing different?
00;36;50;13 - 00;37;07;24
Dr. Chris Motley
Doing guardian, you know, and doing light. And I was thinking, oh, it's working in reverse. And I think what people out there experience too, is that when the teeth are gray, like people do have, people have sometimes I have gray ish little or little or yellowish. You know, people say, well, I take care of my teeth. It's not that.
00;37;07;24 - 00;37;24;22
Dr. Chris Motley
Remember, the translucence or the strength of the teeth is governed by how well you absorb minerals. And that's a big kidney issue. And so using any type of therapy that can go back and help that even through oral, that's one of the biggest strengths, my man. And that's a big personal experience I've had with it. Very big.
00;37;24;28 - 00;37;42;08
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Man. This is why I love talking to you like these type of insights I don't I would have never gotten otherwise. So are you saying theoretically the thought of getting light on all or any of the teeth would help the kidneys? And the concept of each tooth has its own meridian as well?
00;37;42;10 - 00;38;05;11
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes, yes, because each tooth would have a one single connection through meridian system and neurologically to that specific organ. So are you going to help that out? But in general, all bones, all your bone structure is governed by the kidneys and we can go into depth about in embryology, about how the kidneys are connected to the strength of the bone marrow.
00;38;05;13 - 00;38;22;29
Dr. Chris Motley
And this is how deep it can get. I don't want to get too far off my brother like I don't. But I would say that when you're using light therapy and people say, well, you're putting it on the gums or on the teeth, bone has a lot of marrow to it, and the marrow is the part within your bones that would create and help you with red blood cells.
00;38;22;29 - 00;38;44;20
Dr. Chris Motley
And some create white blood cells. So the stronger that you could stimulate any type of bone surface, whether it's on the teeth or, you know, if you, you know, shined a lot of good light, a red light on the skin, bones or any place that has really high amounts of marrow is so beneficial to the whole system. And this will lead way into this.
00;38;44;23 - 00;39;11;18
Dr. Chris Motley
If the teeth are being irradiated with a good positive light source and it starts stimulating the bone marrow, you will start to stimulate the kidney. And this is what they say. Then it actually helps with the brain. And the reason being is because the kidneys, the Chinese medicine says the marrow of the brain, the feeling of the brain, the blood, the sinews, all the stuff within the brain is controlled by how well the kidneys function.
00;39;11;24 - 00;39;32;00
Dr. Chris Motley
So not only like you're just getting tooth health if you really take care of your teeth, this is how in-depth it can be. You're going to help your brain because you and I knew this, if you look at some studies with oral health, there is a high equivalence of people with dementia and brain issues because of oral health.
00;39;32;03 - 00;39;52;28
Dr. Chris Motley
Like people. So can we make that connection? Well, some of the research out there is showing that people that have gum disease, bleeding gums, any type of oral issue usually has higher incidence of having a dementia or memory loss or memory scape. So when you can use light to literally go up into the gums, go into the bone, clean the marrow and flush it.
00;39;52;28 - 00;40;13;12
Dr. Chris Motley
In my opinion, from some research, you're helping your brain and that's how intense it is. I love the way you put it. We talked. Was it the second time or the third time? But I remember you saying it stuck with me that you said that when you are cleaning them out to remember as the first gateway, like your mouth is the first tube in that whole alimentary canal, they call it.
00;40;13;14 - 00;40;24;26
Dr. Chris Motley
But that is where it's the most healing can occur. So when you created these types of devices and and instruments, it was a game changer. And kudos to you my friend. Kudos to you.
00;40;24;29 - 00;40;48;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Appreciate that, Doctor Motley. So was Hippocrates right when you said all gut stems from the health? Is that still like central or is it like that's part that's a major part of the equation? No, that's kind of a loaded question, right? Like everyone has their own health journey and or lack thereof health journey. But man, the oral cavity is so important and it does have an effect on the gut.
00;40;48;12 - 00;41;05;14
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And the gut has an effect on all in the brain and everywhere. And this is a loaded question. But like in general from traditional Chinese medicine. And you said the blood like that's the key, right? In general, if someone has an illness where this is probably a really uneducated question, like where's the bulk of the healing coming from?
00;41;05;14 - 00;41;14;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I'm not sticking to the Hippocrates quote. How much is the gut versus how much of it is indirectly or directly connected to the gut one way or another?
00;41;14;10 - 00;41;31;08
Dr. Chris Motley
And that's a really great question, because one of the things that when we talk about, you know, all food is medicine, and we try to make sure that we get all the nutrients from the food to actually stimulate the healing of the gut and gut lining. So when I think of digestion, most people can say, like, you know what?
00;41;31;08 - 00;41;46;25
Dr. Chris Motley
We've been heard. It's like it all starts with the gut. The connection piece is this, this which I really research because I didn't, you know, with patients, my friend, there's times when I get so stumped that I have to read, I have to go in, and when the patient's there, I usually literally have a book on some information.
00;41;46;25 - 00;42;25;17
Dr. Chris Motley
And I have to read it while I'm working after all these years. But the connecting piece is the kidneys, and they call it mesenteric arteries. And when you develop as an embryo, the kidneys develop at least two weeks before the heart dies. The kidneys are your biggest filtration system. And one thing that's really, really cool is that certain sections of that small tube as an embryo that turns into the kidneys eventually and turns into the bladder and turns into the prostate in men and female reproductive system, literally that kidney area that develops into it.
00;42;25;17 - 00;42;51;21
Dr. Chris Motley
So kidney and reproductive really highly associated. But if you look at where the kidneys sit especially look like two, you know, kidney beans and they look like almost like cauliflower. But the arteries, if you study anatomy, you'll have almost four. I mean, I'm sorry, I'm going to butcher this. I'm in maybe six branches, but there's many more branches that come off the area right where the kidneys are taking blood from your aortic valve, your aortic artery.
00;42;51;24 - 00;43;22;19
Dr. Chris Motley
So if you get imagine these little branches are going out. But the important piece of this is that those there are some that go right up into the colon. So, you know, most people think if I'm just eating food, it's just my digestion. No, no, you eat food. Any of your colons dirty a lot of that. The mesenteric artery and the lymph nodes are trying to clean the colon and they'll and you'll transfer sometimes the I hate to say microbes, infections and toxins right into that area where all the blood flows at, like right around the aortic artery down by the kidneys.
00;43;22;23 - 00;43;40;05
Dr. Chris Motley
So it all starts with the gut. But the the implications in my world is that, yes, if you have leaky gut, if you have ulcerative colitis, if you have all this stuff going into your bloodstream, but it really heavily affects kidney and bladder because your body's trying to either poop something out normally, breathe it out, or pee it out.
00;43;40;08 - 00;44;01;14
Dr. Chris Motley
So when we say it all starts with the gut, I'm saying it does. But it's really because the gut issue also turns into UTI issues. And it is very important for everybody out there listening. Why? Why is it we could eat really well and after years we have leaky gut. We have all this stuff going on inflammation. I can't eat anything because I get bloated or have diarrhea and constipation.
00;44;01;16 - 00;44;25;07
Dr. Chris Motley
And if you follow these individuals and I see it in my practice, men, they'll have UTIs hidden because that kidney is sitting there trying to filter all that junk that's been in their diet. And then they saying Chinese medicine. Then the reason we get older and we slump over and shuffle is because the kidney area around, you know, around the hip flexors, what do they do?
00;44;25;08 - 00;44;41;26
Dr. Chris Motley
They get really weak and your hips get tired, so people shuffle. But you'll notice, they say the life force of the individual, that it starts to wane. That's why you get osteoporosis. Because kidneys get issue. That's why the T start to fall out. That's why the hair, the hair on the head is governed by the kidneys and the bladder.
00;44;42;02 - 00;45;02;23
Dr. Chris Motley
So you see all these areas of symptoms of getting old. Oh my teeth cracked. My hair fell out. It's kidney issues. But remember it starts with the gut. You start to eat badly at a young age. It takes time and it can affect the kidneys. Now I'm not saying it's the only two things, but man, I want to hear your opinion on it.
00;45;03;00 - 00;45;04;04
Dr. Chris Motley
But when we talk to them.
00;45;04;06 - 00;45;06;16
Dr. Mike Belkowski
The more I learn, the more I'm lost. Chris l.
00;45;06;17 - 00;45;09;27
Dr. Chris Motley
I'm sorry. I'm going. Oh, guys, if I'm going overboard, but please go.
00;45;09;27 - 00;45;10;17
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Please go.
00;45;10;20 - 00;45;31;28
Dr. Chris Motley
It is it is that inner connecting piece. Because I know, like you and I. Here it is. It's always what you eat. Yes, you know, it definitely. But I will say this. As much as the gut system is where you absorb and you can have issues, you're of course the colon, but the kidneys and the bladder are so heavily important.
00;45;32;01 - 00;45;55;23
Dr. Chris Motley
And when we talk about getting on and repeating this, you have to check out the kidney strength and function. So you know, you want to eat well and you want to repair your your gut lining and your leaky gut. But I cannot just give everybody out their advice. Even if you research on your own bladder kidney health. That's why I tell my patients, man, with your panels I will say, what do you need to do?
00;45;55;23 - 00;46;21;10
Dr. Chris Motley
I said, you need to keep the panel on your inguinal area. Seriously, right above the bladder, right above the pubic bone. And you need to use that for 15 to 15 minutes. And I'll tell me, you know, like I'll dose it for them, like with what style I do. But the kidneys will get so toxic that people don't realize the little signs as they get older that they have a UTI, because men never think that they have it and they think only women will get it.
00;46;21;13 - 00;46;45;13
Dr. Chris Motley
Well, all that to say, I mean, those are my main avenues. I, I think if I was a practitioner that primarily helped leaky gut help the person poop, literally clean the colon and get a person's UTIs, their kidney, bladder clean. I'm not saying this cocky. I just would suspect like 65, 70% of a lot of people's problems would go away because they just cleaned out that whole detox pathway.
00;46;45;16 - 00;47;03;25
Dr. Chris Motley
Those are some of my two main avenues. I think probably if we're going to go even further, everyone third part would probably be sinuses. So if you're encountering mold or pollen and it's inflamed your sinuses and you know you're like, yes, I can't even breathe. My ears are clogged up. That's my third. You have to you got to make sure you clean your sinuses.
00;47;03;25 - 00;47;09;03
Dr. Chris Motley
That's another big avenue. So has a lot to say. No, man. But that's my take on it.
00;47;09;05 - 00;47;19;09
Dr. Mike Belkowski
No, I appreciate that for sinuses or sinuses specifically is like the neti pot. The way to do it is there like a way people can proactively make sure those are cleared.
00;47;19;11 - 00;47;38;07
Dr. Chris Motley
I love neti pot. I think neti pot and that other device, it's just escape in my mind. But the same thing is in any pot. The use of different herbals and neti pot is something I recommend to my patients. We have some colleagues that would take certain Chinese herbs and take the liquid form, and they some people even take the powder.
00;47;38;07 - 00;48;04;20
Dr. Chris Motley
I think it's a little too harsh, but with neti pot, the problem, they say in research and I've seen in the office, is that when people breathe in pollen or bacteria, certain mold specialists will say that. Let's say I went outside and I breathe in certain mold and or a fungus that it only takes 24 to 48 hours for certain mold strands and certain types of bacteria to create plaque and film, like on your teeth, like that kind of film.
00;48;04;26 - 00;48;24;10
Dr. Chris Motley
And it doesn't take that long. So if you have it in your nostrils up here, normally if they do a scalp with E and T, they may see some areas, but usually if they see a little mucus, they'll be like, that's not a big deal. But the filming can get literally etched into the sinus area. And that's why people have polyps all the time, or they'll have issues with their septum.
00;48;24;16 - 00;48;49;17
Dr. Chris Motley
Now, when you do that, Navajo or you do the neti pot and you start flushing, if you take an herb and the herb has an type lacking anti-microbial biofilms, that is probably the best way. Or like you just said, my friend, to have the, you know, vaporized hydrogen water. If you find a good source to help put hydrogen in there because, yeah, the tissue has to absorb the nutrient to actually help the biofilm to sloughed off.
00;48;49;25 - 00;49;16;13
Dr. Chris Motley
And that's the hardest part because the biofilms are so tough, I think daily doing an image and using it, I've had patients that do it almost every other day, and the amount of brain fog that has left, the amount of headaches and even bowel movements have increased because the science is clear up really well. So I'm that's I love neti pot I, I can't but I will say this man on your light panels on red light.
00;49;16;15 - 00;49;29;07
Dr. Chris Motley
Remember I told you the Guardian helped me drain. Yeah I have a ton, I have one, I have one laser that one of my friends gave me, but I would be. I would do the Guardian. And I started doing these areas here with the, with the red light.
00;49;29;10 - 00;49;30;12
Dr. Mike Belkowski
You know, like the temple area.
00;49;30;19 - 00;50;04;19
Dr. Chris Motley
Temple area. Yeah. And I know you've seen this before. I'm just I'm impressed. Literally, I my sinuses would just open up, my eye would start to come out. I was just flushing stuff out of my sinuses. Interesting. And now I can actually my right side is not as, like, hardly stuffed. So I just cannot stress enough. Like when you're talking about red light, we can get mucus in our sinuses rather so thick and so pasty that it is going to be hard sometimes to get things up into the mucus and plaque to break it down.
00;50;04;22 - 00;50;21;16
Dr. Chris Motley
You can use it. We can do enzymes, but that's the power of light, though. When you have your light like light therapy, what you're doing is you're using vibration. I mean wavelengths. Yeah. And it's creating these vibration cells and you're cleaning it out. So I can't stress enough getting using Navajo or that using red light on your sinuses.
00;50;21;19 - 00;50;26;15
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And why why the temple area is there. There's must be a correlation or connection to the sinuses.
00;50;26;17 - 00;50;56;11
Dr. Chris Motley
You and sinuses. But you know, when we talk about if everybody out there can imagine, like you have little sinus pockets, like little sacks of that clean out areas around your eyes, like frontal side around your temples and around your frontal on your nose. But on the sides of the head. There, there. I didn't realize how many cavities they call them ventricles in the neurology, but there's a lot of continuous little ventricles or sinus cavities all through your brain that are strategic to clean certain areas of your brain.
00;50;56;11 - 00;51;22;01
Dr. Chris Motley
So it could be in the pons, the medulla, the cerebellum. If you look, God put them in a special place because like this is going to be a little sinus that's going to filter out crap from these areas. When I find on the temple areas, I think it's on the majority of people because they say that the temple areas or the side sagittal areas of the brain have a lot to do with how we process certain anger, anxiety filled problems.
00;51;22;01 - 00;51;39;04
Dr. Chris Motley
I think possibly because we're in this culture, everybody's driven by fear of being left behind for fear of not getting ahead. That's a big issue with its temporal areas, and I think that may be something, but I find it a lot using light on the temples. That's that's my take on that man.
00;51;39;07 - 00;51;58;13
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And I love this information. This is that's really interesting going back to the gut. So I'm currently reading a book on gut brain health. I mean, I know a decent amount, but it's like this guy, his name is R.D. Lee. He wrote a book called The Mitochondria Manifesto, which is one of my favorite books about,
00;51;58;16 - 00;52;05;14
Dr. Chris Motley
Keegan Riley. It's so good, I love it. It's such a good book. I haven't read all the chapters, but I've read like 3 or 4, and it's amazing you.
00;52;05;14 - 00;52;23;14
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Haven't read this book. Ladies and gentlemen, on the video, you can see it. You have to read this. I'll. I'm going to try to get him on some way somehow. But anyway, so I read this book, last November, December ish. I loved it and well, lo and behold, he actually has a book that precedes this, I believe.
00;52;23;17 - 00;52;29;19
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Really, it has to do with a gut and brain health. So I'm like, well, the copyright 2022. That's around the same time that other book is. But that was a thing.
00;52;29;19 - 00;52;30;25
Dr. Chris Motley
What's the name of it, brother?
00;52;30;28 - 00;52;50;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I believe it's called Gut and Brain Health by R.D. Lee. It's called I Don't Gut Brain Secrets, Causes and Solutions to gut, brain and Body dysfunction. So again, it's like I understand the gut brain connection and how, you know, they can help each other or like how things can affect one another. But again, I'm like as amazing as that mitochondria manifesto was.
00;52;50;27 - 00;53;20;04
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And I just love the way he writes and the way he presents information. I'm like, I just got at least read this some over halfway through this book. Currently I just started a couple weeks ago and he really takes a deep, deep, deep dive into glyphosate. Again. I know somewhat about it and of course it's horrendous for us, and I knew it was in a lot of places worldwide, but it's essentially everywhere, literally everywhere.
00;53;20;06 - 00;53;27;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And in one part I read this morning, he said, some sources say that 85% of the rain that falls has glyphosate in it.
00;53;27;13 - 00;53;28;03
Dr. Chris Motley
No?
00;53;28;03 - 00;53;57;19
Dr. Mike Belkowski
How disgusting is that? So like, it's in every food source. It's everywhere. It ruins our tight junctions in our gut. Leaky gut that leads to everything. Right? So my quick one that's a long winded way of saying, as a traditional Chinese medicine expert or the way you treat people, what is the thought process behind specifically leaky gut or like a Chinese medicine is thousands of years old now we're being presented with these new environmental toxins.
00;53;57;21 - 00;54;13;14
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I'm sure the concepts are timeless from traditional Chinese medicine. Like, I'm sure they still work in today's environment and like you're just presented with symptoms and you treat accordingly. But like with glyphosate or a leaky gut, what's the thought process? Via TCM.
00;54;13;16 - 00;54;35;23
Dr. Chris Motley
True. That's a great question. With TCM, we are always with the gut and the tight junctions because it's such an external environmental toxin that 85%, that's that's amazing how much you know, that they would have that much because the studies on groundwater, that how much pesticide is floating in there, going into the rivers and going to the streams.
00;54;35;26 - 00;54;57;21
Dr. Chris Motley
But we can talk about that. It does it does alarm me and it gets me upset sometimes. But in TCM, when we're talking about if it's in the small intestine or in the colon, leaky gut syndrome really affects the fire. So how do I approach it in Chinese medicine is I always will work on restoring. They call it the fire, the metabolic strength of the small intestine in the colon.
00;54;57;23 - 00;55;16;05
Dr. Chris Motley
Now, well, there's a product I use a lot. My friend. It's like, oh, you people use humic and phobic minerals. Yes, sir, I love those. They're being minerals. Has a really great one. They have a good one. And I use there's really good binders out there that do it. But there's one called glyphosate. And glyphosate is by Supreme Nutrition for glyphosate.
00;55;16;12 - 00;55;36;23
Dr. Chris Motley
And it's a combination I'll put individuals on there. This is the thing. If I find in an individual with kinesiology or biofeedback, testing needs something like a little extra humic or folate minerals in the clear. I know they have quite a bit of heavy metals that are coming from a pesticide, so I always ask them, did you get raised by farm, by factories, anything that would put that into groundwater?
00;55;36;26 - 00;56;11;29
Dr. Chris Motley
So when you have that kind of damage to the fire element, which you'll not notice on most of these individuals over time, is that their actual energetic strength, vitality for vision, purpose and direction get reduced. So there is a mixture. I'm saying like, how would I come from it? We always choose the herbs that not only would necessarily here this heal the small intestine, parts of the stomach because of the glyphosate and some of the colon, but you have to make sure you raise the in the energy, the heat within the small intestine because it starts to get cold.
00;56;12;01 - 00;56;39;19
Dr. Chris Motley
And when it gets cold, that's when individuals get malabsorption issues. They start to have diabetes issues, and they start to basically have a nutritional deficiency. So they're basically eating empty, you know, empty calories because their small intestine is not absorbing nutrients. So we know those things can happen. Heavy amounts of lymph nodes. So to answer the question, usually you'll have to find if there's infections eventually built up in the small intestine, stomach or colon because of that leaky gut issues with the junctions.
00;56;39;19 - 00;56;58;15
Dr. Chris Motley
And I want to talk about a little bit more joints too. But what I try to do is I usually go in and I will get an herb that goes in and cleans out the digestive tract, heals it and cleans it out at the same time. That's my biggest goal. So things like Chinese copters or ngoni, it's an army of etic herb.
00;56;58;20 - 00;57;20;00
Dr. Chris Motley
Those two are just general examples, so you can use single ingredient herbs, but there are. Now they're having such good avenues with using Chinese herb mixed with peptides. And my friend just sent me a new supplement that use it herbs. A few minerals and peptides within the same gut line. And this lady's lungs and digestion has made a 180 change.
00;57;20;00 - 00;57;39;06
Dr. Chris Motley
So I'm not trying to divert. But I say Chinese medicine. We're going to help heal your the fire. Why don't you use ngoni or Chinese copters to start to clean out? Then I would usually use different formulas that would actually raise the intention ality within the organ. And what happens if you raise the heat physiologically to the organ?
00;57;39;09 - 00;57;57;27
Dr. Chris Motley
You will then pull more nutrients out of your food and put more nutrients into your heart. And that means the supported heart will have more vision. You'll have more up for life. So I hope I didn't butcher that. Those are my ways. I would do it. Do use something to help drain the glyphosate with the humic minerals in acupuncture.
00;57;58;00 - 00;58;26;26
Dr. Chris Motley
My favorite spots. This is what happens brother. You want to treat large intestine 11 on the elbows. Sort elbows. Tight elbows, large intestine 11 both sides. You can do acupressure and on the back. If you see these little areas right here, you're going to see these little like zigzags on this little shoulder. Those are small intestine meridians. So a lot of times I would say small intestine ten 1112 give somebody give you a shoulder rub and you're going to have sore shoulders, achy shoulders.
00;58;26;26 - 00;58;43;24
Dr. Chris Motley
You could even have pimples on your back of your shoulders. That's a big sign symptom. But Joe's those are my general things to do. Treat some of the meridians with acupressure, get him some minerals and some of these herbs to start cleaning it up. But because you can't you know, some people say, well, it's all emotional. And I'm like that.
00;58;43;25 - 00;58;58;13
Dr. Chris Motley
I mean, it can have emotional setting, but what happens when you were just raised in your farmlands that had this, that wasn't emotional. It was just you just drank a lot of glyphosate. I want to say this one more thing to me, and you get me on the nerd trail. But you are so right about the junctions.
00;58;58;15 - 00;59;24;17
Dr. Chris Motley
And what happens with the glyphosate is that glyphosate are very, very hard on the copper in our bodies. And so what happens is glyphosate has a big key in stripping copper. And that's one aspect. Using copper is needed for the bonding within your colon. And right. But a lot within your joints. So now you're seeing ever since they started using glyphosate, you're starting to see where farmers, kids, kids are getting tears in their meniscus.
00;59;24;17 - 00;59;45;22
Dr. Chris Motley
They're getting tears in their joint. I mean, how is it that a 12 year old kid, a 13 year old kid, oh, that an MCL tear? But back in the day, if I use that term, you can have farmers that were outside working all day in the field and they're doing and they didn't they didn't tear anything. But now with all this glyphosate you're talking about, you're seeing kids, you know, you seen seven, eight year old kids who have tears in their rotator cuff.
00;59;45;24 - 01;00;06;28
Dr. Chris Motley
It's a it's crazy, in my opinion. And I I'm with you. It strips that copper I'm not trying to plug in. My friend made this thing called joint region by region X. It has copper as one of them. But literally mom in this with red light and people had clicking joints. Copper got in their red light, healed it up.
01;00;07;01 - 01;00;15;00
Dr. Chris Motley
I've had many people clicking knees stop clicking the arthritic crunch. Go away. Oh yeah. Oh man, I'm sorry went on that trail. But brother.
01;00;15;01 - 01;00;15;22
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Of it.
01;00;15;24 - 01;00;39;24
Dr. Chris Motley
You're with me like when I need. I'm going to buy that book because it to me glyphosate is are robbing the internal energy and the emotional implications is like I just said, if you don't have enough fire energy in your gut, I'm telling you, you'll get depressed, you'll have depression, you won't have any vision. You feel like you're lost, and that can all come from your gut.
01;00;39;24 - 01;00;43;09
Dr. Chris Motley
So that's what the implications.
01;00;43;12 - 01;01;04;00
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Well, that's where most of your serotonin is produced, right. Like 90%. Yes. Which has a direct tidier emotion to your point. But what Sheila did, would that be a viable option. That's it has humic and phobic acids, has a way of, I guess, combating the detrimental or deleterious effects of glyphosate and other pesticides, herbicides, toxins.
01;01;04;02 - 01;01;29;10
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes, yes. The my friends that love to go do biohacking. This is a about two months ago and I know you know, I've read about it. I just had more people since it's gotten a little bit more aware out there. People are bringing different forms of it. And I had a patient in that it really recall she was very religious about she legit and it made me buy some to put it in my coffee.
01;01;29;10 - 01;01;52;20
Dr. Chris Motley
So I'm starting to do that because her joint indicator I call em indicators guys. So when I check somebody, there's certain acupuncture points that occur around certain joints and I know which joint is injured. She was taking that, but I did not know she was taking it because sometimes patients do that. They'll just start taking stuff. And I went on their on her system and I was checking her joints and I was like, whatever you're doing, what are you doing?
01;01;52;26 - 01;02;10;08
Dr. Chris Motley
Because your joints are good. Like literally this thing, you know, like crying. And she goes, well, I've been using this Sheila guide I got from literally in Asia. And she goes, and this is and it was so strong when I do my testing on and I was like in muscle testing, it turned everything on. And I am with you.
01;02;10;08 - 01;02;14;02
Dr. Chris Motley
Do you have a particular brain? You like it, I love it, it works so well.
01;02;14;04 - 01;02;40;00
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So I ran into someone. So initially, like I've used Sheila aged off and on for years. It comes in like this resin form, this like really, really thick, syrupy. You take like just a smallest amount, like a 16th of a teaspoon or something, I don't know, you take a little goop and then you're supposed to stirred in your water and that takes like, I don't know, five plus minutes of stirring until, like, it's all off the spoon, like in your water.
01;02;40;00 - 01;03;01;22
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So it's kind of an arduous process. We have a source that we use for it for a new supplement we just released, Chris. And this is not to pitch that supplement, but we put Sheila it in a powder form and in this new supplement called The Fountain of Youth. Yes. But to answer your question or a further answer, it ran into someone at Dave Ashby's biohacking conference.
01;03;01;24 - 01;03;27;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
They have this formulation where they use ultrasound to break up that resin. So they're using the resin. They use ultrasound to break it up. And then it's basically in this pump bottle that you just pump into your mouth. It's a liquid form. And the taste of it is like a very intense, earthy and smoky and very subtle undertones of like, chocolaty flavor because of how they've broken up the molecules and made it more dispersed versus in that resin form.
01;03;27;09 - 01;03;54;26
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So I've been carrying around with that the last couple of weeks, ever since we got home from that, from that conference in it. I don't really notice stuff. So like, I'm super healthy because I have my own deficits. Right? But when I try these new supplements, I'm not expecting necessarily the tangible feeling or and this is a whole other topic, like, Chris, we could have a whole podcast on this about I will I will probably do some soulless odes on magnetism.
01;03;54;28 - 01;03;55;22
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes.
01;03;55;22 - 01;03;59;20
Dr. Mike Belkowski
The impact of using magnets.
01;03;59;22 - 01;04;00;13
Dr. Chris Motley
Oh man.
01;04;00;17 - 01;04;05;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Of course is grounding, right. Like let's let's please get in touch with Earth grounding as much as possible.
01;04;05;16 - 01;04;06;14
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes.
01;04;06;16 - 01;04;15;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But sleeping on magnets, if you read, have you gotten to that point in the book in the mitochondria manifesto about magnetism?
01;04;15;13 - 01;04;20;09
Dr. Chris Motley
I haven't got there, man. What is it? What is he talking about? I love this oh man.
01;04;20;11 - 01;04;52;28
Dr. Mike Belkowski
If you read that chapter and you don't want to sleep on magnets to like, improve your overall health and your mitochondrial function, I don't know what's going to get you there. It's so the information is more or less like this. Magnetism is what draws heavy metals out of your body. Nonetheless, we're in touch with Earth. Or the less we surround ourselves with positive magnetism, we are disallowing, or we're facilitating a decreased ability to pull heavy metals from our own cells.
01;04;52;28 - 01;05;06;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Accumulation occurs. This is just one aspect of magnetism. So we can we can touch Earth, and the Earth is, I don't remember the exact numbers. I could probably find it, but like, a couple gauss. Wow. Let me get there, Chris.
01;05;06;27 - 01;05;24;21
Dr. Chris Motley
No one do it. Do it. I love hearing this because, I mean, you sound like I think magnet therapy in my world, when they use magnets to create north and south pole and around an area that's injured and it current running through that point, it's just it's amazing to me. I hadn't read that part of the book, but I'm I'm very respectful of magnet therapy.
01;05;24;23 - 01;05;32;28
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So the chapter is on page 103. It's entitled magnetism upsetting. So. So let's just listen to this. I always like bragging.
01;05;32;28 - 01;05;36;08
Dr. Chris Motley
On it, I love it, I'm writing notes down on this, so keep going. I love.
01;05;36;08 - 01;06;06;29
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Doing it. So this this is small paragraph. Whatever it is, the magnetic field has decreased from a whopping 300 gauss in dinosaur days, which was measured by alignment of magnetic crystals in geologic formations all the way from 300 gauss to 2.8 gauss. 4000 years ago in ancient Babylonian days, to an average of point five gauss today, depending on your location, some experts say this is barely sufficient to support life.
01;06;06;29 - 01;06;26;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
NASA is will reach zero within 500 to 800 years. We can't. And so this is not in the book. This is just what I've learned. I'm sure it's in the book somewhere. But if you are cut off from the Schumann resonance. Chris. Yeah, this this is this magnetism that Earth produces. Right? So we can cut ourself off from oxygen.
01;06;26;14 - 01;06;48;18
Dr. Mike Belkowski
You know how long does it take before you drown or before you suffocating die without oxygen? How long can we go without water? How long can we go without food? A decent amount of time. And where is it in this book, if anywhere. But if you are cut off and they've done scientific experiments, if you're cut off from magnetism, like they'll have, I don't know if it's a Faraday cage or whatever, but they'll put people inside these rooms where it cuts you off from all magnetism, including the Schumann resonance.
01;06;48;20 - 01;07;06;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Like you could die within an hour or two. Wow. Like people start getting emotional, depressed, like, very quickly once they start entering those rooms. And, like, if you were, if you are detached from the Schumann resonance, like, again, I could be off by by a numbers. But it's like hours.
01;07;06;14 - 01;07;26;23
Dr. Chris Motley
So that with the magnets, when you go like you cut yourself off from that Schumann resonance with the magnets, it's almost like it's placing you in that Schumann Schumann resonance, like, so you could sleep on it. So it's just because you're saying naturally, now you're saying like it's degrading over the years, right? Like over the it's just it's not even high anymore.
01;07;26;26 - 01;07;28;20
Dr. Chris Motley
So we need the extra magnets.
01;07;28;22 - 01;07;37;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So let's move on just a little bit. Like I don't know how much time you have, Chris, I don't mean to belabor this, but this is like this is a topic I'm very excited about right now.
01;07;37;13 - 01;07;39;07
Dr. Chris Motley
I'm writing these notes down, man. This is good.
01;07;39;12 - 01;08;02;29
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So let's see. More active electrons not only move more, but a stronger magnetic field also causes electrons to cut through more lines of flux as they dance around their nucleus. That raises electrical charge just like an alternator would, giving stronger given stronger magnets? Yes. Meaning like more magnetism means more electron flow, which means more energy production, so crucial to health and life.
01;08;03;01 - 01;08;39;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Electrical charge aids energy production, blood flow by making red blood cells repel, repel each other, oxygenation, hydration, healing and detoxification. And just as light turns into DC electricity via the photoelectric effect. Magnetism. Also, can also turn into DC electric electricity via the inverse spin Hall effect, all of which makes magnetism the mother of all catalysts even more essential than enzymes, more foundational than grounding, and more basic to our biology than sunlight.
01;08;39;14 - 01;08;53;02
Dr. Mike Belkowski
These are some of the reasons why we can't live without magnetism for more than a couple of hours. There it is. And why the lack of magnetism today is causing us to get fat, sick and tired. And so part of the correlation is like I was telling you about Chris.
01;08;53;04 - 01;08;53;22
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes, the.
01;08;53;22 - 01;09;27;04
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Pole heavy metal. So it facilitates detox. But then he goes into how magnetism affects your sleep. And so when you're sleeping and going through these regenerative programing programs while you're sleeping. Yeah. Your brain, I forget exactly what part is throughout the sequence of your sleep. Communicating with each of your organs in to regenerate them. When you're lacking this magnetism, you have a decreased ability for that part in your brain to connect with all these different organs, to regenerate.
01;09;27;06 - 01;09;35;23
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So you're literally losing out on regeneration. So it's, it's called a magnetic sleep pad.
01;09;35;26 - 01;09;37;19
Dr. Chris Motley
Oh, is that the magnetic?
01;09;37;22 - 01;09;44;18
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Magnetic. So please look it up. So I just started sleeping on one a couple of weeks ago, and I got one from my parents to.
01;09;44;20 - 01;09;46;12
Dr. Chris Motley
Get one from my family to make me.
01;09;46;15 - 01;10;12;02
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Look into this. So from the Gauss perspective, so what he was saying in the book about Gauss, larger life forms, like the dinosaurs, that size of life form could be supported because the magnetism of Earth was so high, for example, 300 gauss back then. Now it's point five. We don't see large life forms today because the magnetism of Earth is so low with these magnets that we're sleeping on this magnetic sleep pattern.
01;10;12;02 - 01;10;22;18
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Specifically, they have different intensities. I got the super sleep system, I think that has a Gauss of like, what was it, 20 or 30?
01;10;22;20 - 01;10;23;09
Dr. Chris Motley
Okay.
01;10;23;12 - 01;10;30;26
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Compares it compared to ground in outside, which is 0.5. Whoa, whoa. What puts grounding to shame. And it's.
01;10;30;26 - 01;10;31;22
Dr. Chris Motley
Examining.
01;10;31;26 - 01;10;51;06
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Yeah. From what I have understood, Chris, reading this book, that chapter more is better from a magnetism standpoint. So being able to sleep on this for a third of your life day in and day out, I'm curious to see what my parents see, what I see. If people like you, we have discussions and just share feedback and anecdotes, I think.
01;10;51;09 - 01;11;02;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I think it's such a foundational aspect of health. I mean, again, think about it. If we're cut off from magnetism, from the Schumann resonance, I within hours.
01;11;02;05 - 01;11;03;09
Dr. Chris Motley
That is.
01;11;03;11 - 01;11;06;00
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Like if that doesn't tell you how foundational it is.
01;11;06;02 - 01;11;36;22
Dr. Chris Motley
That it truly and with the Schumann resonance, how it when you talked about how electrons or how the vibrational patterns of the cells, you know, like create electrical charges, one of the things I really appreciate about magnetic therapy is when you look at some of the pictures that you can find on the internet about how people had like, literally open wounds or they had wounds that would not heal in a person who did magnet therapy would take, you know, North and South Pole and just literally put the injury right between them.
01;11;36;22 - 01;11;56;21
Dr. Chris Motley
If you guys can imagine, you just have this now you have a magnetic field wrapped around that. That injury. And when we thought about sleeping, I was really, really surprised when I started reading things about earthing or grounding. And some people would, you know, take pads and they would sleep on certain areas and the inflammation pattern would reduce so greatly.
01;11;56;21 - 01;12;13;18
Dr. Chris Motley
That's why I'm getting one, my friend. I'm, I'm getting one like I was I've been really thinking about because we talk about grounding, like working on individuals. I personally I haven't had a like a big magnetic pad, but I've had a lot of magnet therapy done on like my hips. And especially when I had Lyme disease, one of my friends would literally tape.
01;12;13;21 - 01;12;32;19
Dr. Chris Motley
I had heart, I would had heart palpitations, and he would take a magnet, Mike, and he'd put it right on my chest and he would use this tape. And he found the other spot that to make the north and south pole. And I'm going to say that that literally, my heart felt so much better because it just felt like it was resting.
01;12;32;22 - 01;12;35;26
Dr. Chris Motley
But I can't believe like that beat from 300 to point five.
01;12;35;27 - 01;12;44;05
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I know, and I think the thought process is that has something to do with a potential switching of the poles, which is why it's decreasing.
01;12;44;07 - 01;12;44;23
Dr. Chris Motley
Yeah.
01;12;44;25 - 01;13;05;20
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So when all switch like when that happens and of course this is over like many, many, many years. Yeah. But it's going to reach a point where it does probably reach like zero Gauss, which will then not support life form or like very few types of life form, will probably be able to live through that low or that zero magnetism of the earth.
01;13;05;22 - 01;13;10;11
Dr. Chris Motley
I mean, what's going to you're right. If it's an hour or two and they don't have the Schumann resonance, I'm like.
01;13;10;13 - 01;13;12;04
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I know it's crazy stuff, right?
01;13;12;04 - 01;13;38;00
Dr. Chris Motley
It is. I need to read that chapter because, I mean, that guy was such brilliant insight. I think about your device, your device, your technology with magnetism, about light that's given off by certain types of, you know, from your chromosomes. And I think he's talking about that in the chromosomes and certain parts of the cell. And they were showing, I think he even talked about in this book about how the chromosomes would emit light and they would change that color.
01;13;38;02 - 01;13;58;22
Dr. Chris Motley
According to the seasons. So they found that during like wintertime, they're more blue. And then in Chinese medicine in the winter times blue. And that's why they gave areas color different times a year. The color association in Chinese medicine, like yellow and green and blue. But when we talk about magnetism, I wonder, you know, over the years it what it's going to like you said, do the chromosomes.
01;13;58;22 - 01;14;15;08
Dr. Chris Motley
I mean, you know, they have to emit light, they have to absorb. So I get, you know, with EMF and how it's disrupting things and you just don't know what's going to happen. I'm just dumbfounded to, man, this is this is a crazy point five. I didn't know it was that bad. Right.
01;14;15;13 - 01;14;44;11
Dr. Mike Belkowski
And then I need of emfs and glyphosate. The least of our worries is the pole switching. Yeah. You know, couple thousand or tens of thousands of years. But like, seriously, those two things nonnative emfs and glyphosate, they are perpetual environmental toxins that you can virtually not escape. I don't know if you can start a farm at the North or South Pole, so you can get away from the emfs and then have control over your lack of glyphosate exposure.
01;14;44;11 - 01;14;56;25
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But otherwise, like Chris, this is something we're we're we're battling daily. We've kind of talked about a lot of different strategies and mechanisms. One thing, red light therapy, different energy work. You're doing different herbs.
01;14;56;25 - 01;14;57;16
Dr. Chris Motley
This right.
01;14;57;19 - 01;15;06;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Does anything else come to mind like on a daily basis or just health habits or any tactics? Let's continue on about these environmental exposures.
01;15;06;12 - 01;15;37;17
Dr. Chris Motley
And truly, I, I think two things that come up to my brain is truly to clean out a couple of organs, that or three organs. So I always say, you want to clean out your lungs, your colon and your kidneys and health practices. That will stimulate all three of those. And I know I'm not just saying to plug you, I'm saying I found that anytime you do any type of red light therapy, to me, red light therapy and anything that would get your lymph to flow.
01;15;37;19 - 01;16;00;22
Dr. Chris Motley
So those are my health hacks. You know, when you see Mike and he's doing a great job, he's doing his walking. It's like to keep the lymph flowing. The biggest key that we I start to see in individuals that have, whether it's arteriosclerosis, arthritis, anything that has to do with hindered blood flow, the blood flow, if you look at the arteries, there's usually at certain junctions of the body around the elbows of the joint.
01;16;00;22 - 01;16;19;20
Dr. Chris Motley
And they're always accompanied by mostly my lymph nodes. So when my health tag is I do it personally is I tell myself, my patients, when you start to do red light therapy, whether you get a red light sauna, whether you do a red light panel, you need to make sure you get enough of that healing frequency, but also to some kind of bounding or walking.
01;16;19;20 - 01;16;40;14
Dr. Chris Motley
Like you have to get your lymph to flow because, yep. No, I mean, I'm telling you, that's there's so much life within the fashion, within the lymph system. And, you know, as odd as I do, my brother, that if you don't get your lymph to flow, you you'll get congestion of the arteries, I guarantee it. And you will see people that have arteriosclerosis blockages have strokes pointing.
01;16;40;14 - 01;16;56;18
Dr. Chris Motley
In case I get patients that do thermography really well and they'll show literally like they're lit up like a Christmas tree of inflammation. And then thankfully they did some kind of lymph therapy and they did red light. And I'm telling you, it changes their life. So if you guys can get anything from me, those I mean, those are my two main things.
01;16;56;22 - 01;17;15;29
Dr. Chris Motley
I do think the third thing is like in the hydrogen I say hot water, but I mean, if you had a good device, I just do believe though, that heavy amounts of oxygen and hydrogen within your body, within your blood would heal. So if you have a great trusted device, consistently do those that those are like, well, that'll be three, what about yourself, man?
01;17;15;29 - 01;17;20;04
Dr. Chris Motley
I mean, I have a few things, but those are really important to me.
01;17;20;06 - 01;17;44;16
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Well, all the things I hang my head on. And I'm glad you keep reminding people about molecular hydrogen, because I think that should be a staple. Everyone could benefit from that, from any aspect of health. But we're talking about environmental exposures. What are we talking about? Non-Native EMF so that lead to mitochondrial dysfunction that dehydrates your cells less energy production.
01;17;44;18 - 01;18;13;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Glyphosate seems to really just tear up your gut lining and any cell membrane that comes in contact with which then ruins cell communication ruins your redox status. No, I mean, this is going to sound like typical Mike. Like things like red light therapy already mentioned that. But methylene blue C60 things that improve mitochondrial function. That's your what does it take to heal Chris I mean what does it take for your immune system to be activated properly?
01;18;13;16 - 01;18;39;07
Dr. Mike Belkowski
It takes energy. I mean, I guess it's just tough for me to get away from that concept. And that's why I mean, I wish I could just like had five years, I could just sit down and learn in-depth about TCM and just like all the ins and outs, because I really do think and you're articulating it and educating people well, like there's so many hidden treasures and ways to heal the body energetically that is just beyond the scope of Western medicine, including what I'm talking about with the mitochondria.
01;18;39;08 - 01;19;00;08
Dr. Mike Belkowski
At the very least, there's there's some correlation. That's why I'm so emphatic about things that improve mitochondrial function. Yes. So that's kind of my head goes, maybe I'm so myopic in that's why they're like, there's other things out here, like the magnetism. If I hadn't read that book, I would have never of ever thought to sleep on magnets.
01;19;00;10 - 01;19;05;08
Dr. Mike Belkowski
But now I think that could be extremely foundational for all aspects of health, too.
01;19;05;08 - 01;19;11;10
Dr. Chris Motley
So I'm getting one. You I, I knew I needed confirmation, I was like, I'm getting so broad.
01;19;11;10 - 01;19;46;00
Dr. Mike Belkowski
I'm need you need energy and you need the capacity to regenerate. Right. Which those two kind of go hand in hand but not like 100%. So things that can improve mitochondrial function. We've already outlined within the magnetism. Like you, when you sleep that is your time to regenerate. And if your brain again is not being able to send those signals to those various organs, you know, like one at a time or however it does it to regenerate, then every single day you're losing a small fraction of a percentage of potential regeneration, which then compounds the next night and the next night and the next and the next year.
01;19;46;00 - 01;20;02;13
Dr. Mike Belkowski
So wow of losing regeneration. Imagine if you imagine if you regenerated every night. Now you're compounding healing benefits, which just builds the foundation for you to be able to be more resilient from from these environmental exposures we're talking about.
01;20;02;15 - 01;20;33;24
Dr. Chris Motley
Yes I, I love any I say the health hacks that just overall they say improve. You said hydration improve the blood, improve lymph flow and with movement and mobility and your cognition. Those are like the health hacks I kind of try to always address. I always want my mobility and I always want my mind. So when you talking about Sheila, you talking about using a red light, you're talking about magnets.
01;20;33;27 - 01;20;50;29
Dr. Chris Motley
The that I love the way you talked about how it compounds what happens. We're so used to in our culture to think like, I want this and it's going to make this change. It accumulates, you know, sleeping on a bed with a 30 instead of a point five and magnetic source. You'll notice the difference in as we go, as you go along.
01;20;50;29 - 01;21;10;05
Dr. Chris Motley
So if anything, I wish my house was almost like being Greenfield or it's just, you know, oh heck, I would, I wish it and other friends are building one too, in Lake Tahoe. And I, I wish, you know, even if it's rather you make it by waking up in the morning. You have like your cup of tea or coffee, and you can just go from one state to the next and get down.
01;21;10;11 - 01;21;18;08
Dr. Chris Motley
Let's say you get a fishing did an hour and a half and I was like, man, that would be the best thing ever. So, you know, that would be great. Well, guess my dream.
01;21;18;10 - 01;21;34;24
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Probably should end here. But our next conversation, since we didn't get to like an in-depth convo about the fashion, the system, because I think, yeah, I can have you talk about it now, but I don't want it to be a rush. Like, let's just have you back on and like, we'll take an in-depth, deep dive into the fashion and really all that means from a health and wellness and TCM perspective.
01;21;34;24 - 01;21;36;10
Dr. Mike Belkowski
If that sounds good to you, let's do it.
01;21;36;10 - 01;21;38;09
Dr. Chris Motley
Brother. This is fine. I appreciate it, brother.
01;21;38;13 - 01;21;45;03
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Yeah, this has been a fun conversation. I mean, again, I learn so much just going back and forth with you, just like on the fly as we text and, you know, we go.
01;21;45;03 - 01;21;46;04
Dr. Chris Motley
Back and I mean to.
01;21;46;06 - 01;21;54;26
Dr. Mike Belkowski
It's always fun to have these deeper conversations. And I'm sure the audience has hopefully gleaned quite a bit, especially from you and your your TCM expertise. So I appreciate you.
01;21;54;27 - 01;21;57;27
Dr. Chris Motley
Thank you brother. There's been fun for everybody. Thank you so much. Thank you.
01;21;57;27 - 01;22;15;19
Dr. Mike Belkowski
Horse. Of course doctor Chris, Molly, everybody, this is doctor Mike. Bill Kowski signing off another episode of the Red Light Report. Everyone go light up your health, but also go magnetize your health. You guys have a wonderful week.
