Returns & Refund Policy
The following BioLight devices are eligible for a 60-day trial period:
Glow, Shine, ReCharge, ReStore, ReJuvenate, Cocoon, Beam, Aether Chamber, Helios System, Apex System, Arc System..
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, please contact us via email and we will provide detailed return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:
- Guardian / Guardian+ oral care devices
- Illume sonic toothbrush
- Mystic nano-mister
- BioCream
- Gel pens
- All supplements
- All skincare serums & mists
Bundle Returns
If an item purchased as part of a bundle is returned, refunds will be issued as store credit only.
The store credit amount will reflect the 20% discounted value applied to that item within the original bundle.
Please note: Used oral care devices and skincare products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
BioLight is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
