The following BioLight devices come with a 60-day trial period: Shine, Matrix, Cocoon, ReCharge, ReStore & ReJuvenate.
*Once a Guardian/Guardian product has been opened & used, it cannot be returned due to hygienic, sanitary reasons.*
*Once the BioCream is received, it cannot be returned.*
*Once a BioBlue product has been opened, it cannot be returned.*
**When returning an item from a bundle, refunds will be given in store credit only. The store credit amount will be reflected based on the 20% reduced price of the original price of the returned item. As always, used oral care devices and skin creme cannot be returned under any condition.**
If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, simply email us and we'll provide the return instructions. Please note the following for all returns:
- Return shipping will be customer's responsibility. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
- After emailing us, we will provide you with instructions for your return
- Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.
- All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If the product has enough damage, the product will be returned to the customer without a refund; return shipping back to customer must be paid by customer.
- All returned product will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt.
- All international returns are required to ship to our return center located in the U.S.
- Lastly, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned to us.
