Shipping Policy

At BioLight, we are committed to delivering our bioenergetic and wellness technologies with precision, reliability, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and supported.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) may begin processing the following business day.
During periods of increased demand (including product launches, promotions, and holidays), processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Destinations
BioLight currently ships to:
- United States (Domestic)
- All International destinations worldwide
Please note that certain products may have limited international availability due to customs regulations, electrical specifications, or shipping constraints.

3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL (international)
Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Customs, Duties & International Fees
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees
- BioLight does not control or estimate these charges
- Refusal to pay applicable fees may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned
Orders that are refused or abandoned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refund.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
BioLight is not responsible for:
- Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
BioLight is not liable for packages once marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or resolution.
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability or fulfillment location. If this occurs, multiple tracking numbers will be provided.
11. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backordered items will ship once available.
Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page or via email.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
12. Shipping & Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified shipping error or defective products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
