BioLight, Inc. (“Company”) warranties apply to BioLight light therapy devices ("Products"), and only for Products, registered through www.biolight.shop on behalf of the purchaser of the Products ("Buyer").
What does this limited warranty cover?
These limited warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Company will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
Company will either repair or replace the Products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts of Products. Company will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. However, if product is found to have no issues and operates normally, Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to and from Company.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for Company Products registered through www.biolight.shop depends on your purchased device and starts from the date of purchase. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. The limited warranty is not transferable and may be voided if the product ownership changes.
What does the limited warranty not cover?
The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters; theft or loss of the Product.
