Warranty Policy

At BioLight, we stand behind the quality and performance of our devices. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions applicable to BioLight products.

1. Trial Period & Warranty Coverage

The following BioLight devices include a 60-day trial period and a 5-year limited warranty:

  • Aether Chamber
  • Helios System
  • Apex System
  • Adapt System
  • Arc System
  • Beam

The following BioLight devices include a 60-day trial period and a 3-year limited warranty:

  • Glow
  • Shine
  • ReCharge
  • ReStore
  • ReJuvenate
  • Cocoon

The following BioLight device includes a 60-day trial period and a 2-year limited warranty:

  • Ember

The following BioLight devices include a 3-year limited warranty, but are not eligible for return once used due to hygienic considerations:

  • Mystic
  • Guardian
  • Guardian+
  • Illume

2. Warranty Eligibility

This limited warranty applies only to:

  • BioLight devices purchased directly from www.biolight.shop or authorized retailers
  • The original purchaser of the product

Product registration may be required to activate warranty coverage.

This warranty is non-transferable and may be void if ownership is transferred.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship

under normal use and conditions during the applicable warranty period.

4. What BioLight Will Do

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, BioLight will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

BioLight will cover shipping costs associated with verified warranty claims.

If the product is inspected and found to be functioning properly:

  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipment

5. Warranty Period

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

Any repaired or replaced product will assume the remaining warranty period of the original device.

6. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to:Power surgesWater exposureFire, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Lost or stolen products

7. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact BioLight Support:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioLight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

9. Additional Terms

BioLight reserves the right to:

  • Deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above
  • Replace discontinued products with comparable alternatives
  • Update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice
